OSHA New Reporting Requirements
Please review the attached document highlighting OSHA’s revised recordkeeping rule which expands the list of severe injuries that employers must report to OSHA.
The final rule, which will go in effect on Jan. 1, 2015, requires employers to notify OSHA when an employee is killed on the job or suffers a work-related hospitalization, amputation or loss of an eye.
