This compliance program for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS) exists for evaluation of the CFATS Chemical of Interest (COI) facility inventory thresholds to identify the chemicals on this DHS list for which the University may exceed the applicable threshold and conducting an inventory across campus for those COI.  The University evaluates the total inventories of identified chemicals against applicable thresholds to determine if the inventory data needs to be submitted to DHS.
