The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all federally regulated Select Agents on Cornell University campuses are handled safely, secured properly, and registered with the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and/or the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS).
