The Department of Environmental Health and Safety's Geneva Section is committed to providing state of the art consultative services to assist New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in fostering a safe and healthy campus environment. In collaboration with Occupational Safety & Health section, we are a team of safety & health professionals with expertise in industrial hygiene, safety management, employee training, and injury prevention.  Our team develops and implements University-wide safety and health programs to provide employees with relevant and clear safe work procedures and to comply with applicable state and federal employee safety regulations. 
 
EH&S is a customer-oriented service available to the entire University.  The Geneva section of EH&S provides many free services including numerous OSHA safety training courses, safety assessments and walkthroughs, consultation on safety/health issues, incident investigation, and safety reviews for Station events.  Please feel free to call, e-mail, or stop by our office in the Food Research Lab.
