The Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) program at Cornell is coordinated by EH&S to ensure that NYS DOH program requirements are met. The program consists of 2 groups; Contract Colleges (SUNY) and the Endowed portion of Cornell. While both must meet New York State Department of Health requirements, there are slight differences in the administration of each program.
