Note: Ask the caller if 9-911 has been called
NON-BUSINESS HOURS MEDICAL EMERGENCY
(5:00 P.M. TO 8:00 a.M.)
1. Ask for Location of the Emergency (Building and Room #)
2. Tell the caller to call 9-911 directly
3. Look out for ambulance and direct them to the emergency location
