It's Up To You ! Plan Ahead
When things seem fairly quiet, it’s hard for us to imagine our whole world turning upside down. It’s hard to believe that a disaster can strike, but it can, and we must be prepared for it. Emergencies occur all the time in our community and across the country, from power outages at an individual home to regional disasters such as blizzards, floods, or heat waves.   What would you do and what are your responsibilities at work and at home ? Disasters can be devastating, but with preparation, you can protect yourself and your family. Here is some basic information and steps to help you create a personal emergency plan.
